Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that all orders (however placed) which we receive will be subject to these conditions. You shall ensure the fullness and accuracy of any order. We shall not be responsible for duplication of any order.

Price and Payment

Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may be changed by us at any time. Prices quoted on the website include GST at the standard rate of 15% In addition to the price you shall pay delivery costs.

Delivery

Orders received by 5.00 pm on a normal working day will usually be despatched the next working day but time will not be of the essence unless agreed in writing.

Insurance

Parcels sent are liability of the addressee. In the event of loss we will provide proof of despatch, but any claim procedure is the responsibility of the addressee.

Liability

Goods supplied will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty, and faulty goods claims must be advised to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We shall not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect, alteration or repair of the goods without prior approval.

Customers must notify us of a damaged parcel/product or of any “short delivery” within 7 working days of receipt.

All returns must be returned within 7 days of the return authorisation being granted.

Goods Not Available

We will notify you if the goods ordered are not available and unless you cancel the order we will hold it until the stock becomes available.

Returned goods

Returned goods will be accepted, only if authorisation has been given previously. We may repair, replace or refund the price paid for the returned goods at our discretion but we shall have no further liability to you. Risk in returned goods shall not pass until they are received in our premises and you shall be responsible for providing evidence of receipt if requested by us to do so and for all transport and other costs.

We keep all personal information submitted in strictest confidence. This information is kept on a secure server and is only used to process orders received from you. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfil your order.

We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party without your permission. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and will always handle your personal information securely and carefully.
